Mouse Look Speed error

I just started playing yesterday and everything went fine. But when I loaded the game today, even though nothing changed with my computer or settings the mouse look speed became unbelievably high. I went on the settings and lowered it as much as I could and it was still extremely high. I tried stacking it with the lowest sensitivity both ingame and for windows but it was still really really high. Anyone know why this happened or how i can fix this? The game is pretty much unplayable at the moment.
