Ragnaros keeps crashing

Throughout the day, the server has gone down about once every 2-3 hours. Does the staff know about this? And if so, is there a specific reason?

care to elaborate about crashing ?

in my experience there are several crashing-like symptoms :

1. client side crashing a.k.a "fatal error"
* only you or several other players who got fatal error, not entire server ; my suggestion is to clear cache by deleting your [WTF] folder

2. sudden DC
* well...not crashing, just DC ; you should know that sometimes warmane got DDOS, crippling our connection
* only you or several other players who got DC, not entire server ;

3. server crashing
* well...entire server down
* you will see during login on server list info, our target server is marked red
* also...there will be some "rollback"


which one happened to you ?
I often got problem #1 during BG, it sucks especially when sure-win BG

The cache folder is literally the cache folder, the WTF folder has settings. And besides, he said the realm kept going down, clearly a server issue.

It was a server issue. Every 2-3 hours the would be unavailable for 5-10 min, come back up...and repeat. Lasted almost all day.
