Pretty sure that is a GM item O_o on wowhead it says replica and high warlord staff..

Might be a bug. Blizz has had couple of these too. Once there was a staff Gray staff that had 26k sp on it. around lvl 10 req and it dropped from mobs around barrens. :D **** does happen.

I am not worried about the staff's existence in the game files. I am worried about someone having that in their hands on Lordaeron...
