Item:16767 missing from NPC:8137 vendor table

The item is "Recipe: Undermine Clam Chowder" and the Npc is "Jabbey" located in Steamwheedle Port, Tanaris.

It's limited supply vendor item. After someone buys it you won't see it at the vendor for some time. I don't know which realm you are talking about but I saw it in auction house on Deathwing yesterday so it's definitely obtainable there and most likely on other realms also.

However, if the item has been bought and is out of stock, it should still show the item on the vendor as not available, which it doesn't.

I don't remember if items that are sold out were showing in the list on retail but on Deathwing they don't. It might be the same on Lordaeron. If you have seen elsewhere that sold out items show in the list on Lordaeron and the item does not appear after some time you can try to report it in bug tracker. Also if the recipe is obtainable it might be in auction house, which would verify that it's obtainable.

as anyone said, some items don't appear in the vendor unless they are in stock, i've seen this a few times on lord.
