there's an incredible pvp situation : 12k hp prot warriors and ret pallies alliance players (8 out of 10 players in bgs) stomping faces XD. Humans of course... but how come most us on the horde side, while pvping, lack the gear? are alliance only premade or am i just unlucky to fight against full geared teams?

More like we are smart and realized there's no point in PvP for ****ty hard to obtain gear that will get replaced in 2 weeks. In the time you farm 2-3 pieces of PvP gear doing BGs you'd have a full raiding set with way better stats.

i'm one of those who would rather wait for the real tbc experience ( yes i know, corecraft 2020 blabla....... XD), i think i'll just wait for wotlk to come out on december, pvp is not fun at all atm

You should buy the 2min PvP trinket, it even has 20 resilience on it aswell. The price is 8k honor.
I remember horde winning about 50% of the BG's in vanilla, I guess it's a l2p issue right now, don't try to tell me racials is the reason you lose in BGs.

Implying horde pugs will ever get anything higher than 10% win ratio at 80... Just get real mate, everyone who intends to pvp a lot is human unless that class cannot be human, you still haven't seen the most ******ed of them all : the human dk
typical wotlk alliance ab bg comp: 3 rets 3 warriors 4 dks and 5 pocket healers vs 14 horde in full pve gears and a healer wasting his time trying to salvage the situation
your point is not really good either... You get pve gears that are "better" but when you meet that ret in full pvp gears while lvling in borean thundra get who is gonna get raped. Also get who is going to lvl faster anyway, you or the ret who does aoe 10 mobs in 2 seconds
Point is, just do whatever you enjoy while waiting for wotlk launch , a lot of people enjoy doing pvp, not for the gears but for the pvp itself. If you think doing extremelly simplifiec overnerfed raids is actually more fun, that is your point... You are always welcome to queue for a bg and get yourself farmedEdited: November 19, 2015

I'll take 10% reduce chance to be crit, 20% less crit damage, and 17% damage reduction over extra mana and spell power for pvp..
When rets in blues are 3shoting everyone, living to cyclone is more important than mah pve dps in BGs. Every class has huge damage atm, not every class has bubble.
No amount of your "better" gear will help me survive a shadow dance, but good luck with your raids!

you dont get his point, badge gears offers t6 equivalent or slightly less and faster to farm than honor gears on horde side atleast - in comparison with gladiator the item level gap makes it not worth the effort
plus you can buy pvp gear with badges and trade t5 tokens for merciless
atm Raiding/Heroic dung > Battleground in terms of gearing for both PvP and PvE
