The guild <Agony> is recruiting members for our 25 man raiding squad.


Our guild currently consist of a core of 12 members that have been raiding together for about 2 years now from other private servers. Every member of the core are experienced raiders that have cleared everything in the wrath of the lich king raiding content on heroic from retail. We also have a few other good members that we have recruited so far. So our goal of raiding 25 man in the start of the wrath release are looking very promising. We are just missing a few classes to get the optimal raid composition.

Our goals are to clear every single content and aim to do so as fast as possible, we are not gonna be to big on the realm first race, but we will do as much as we can to be one of the top guilds on the server. We aim to raid 2-3 days a week from around 6pm server time to 10 pm server time.

Our raid times: We will be raiding from 6pm-10/10:30 pm Server time.
Days: Friday Sunday and Monday. One of the days will be an optional day, Considuring for progression we will most likely use 3 raid days but when everything is on farm less days will be required.

What are we looking for?

Warlock: 1
Boomkin druid: 1
Resto Druid:1
Disc/holy priest: 1


Our requirement from you as a player:

Is that you atleast meet up to 2 out of 3 days a week, bring consumables and come prepared to every raid, That you have a good learning curve, Not being experienced with the current content from before hand isnt neccesarly a problem as long as your a good learner. And must be willing to respecc in the best intrest of the guild and also be able to sit on the bench if that is needed for the guild progression. Everyone cant join every single raid due to raid setups and the ammount of each class. You must also be willing to take constructive critism, You will be requiered to have good knowledge of your class, and your required to do the best ammount of dps that your class are able to output, If you fail to do this while having the same amount of gear as another player and after getting tips on how to deal the same amount of damage as them and yet still failing to do so over a longer peroid of time you will most likely be replaced with someone else of the same class. "That is if you show no improvement what so ever". You are also required to have 2 maxed proffesion to optimize your dps. You are not neccesarly required to have Blacksmithing and Jewelcrafting, Others proffesions works aswell, But having none what so ever will greatly decrease your dps in the long run.


Other then that you are required to be able to talk and understand english, have a headset and a microphone and a stable internett connection.
And be able to use teamspeak 3.

Loot rules: Are currently not decided yet.
We will either use epgp based dkp system having MS over os prior and members having prior over trails.
As a trial you will still be able to get loot but if a member needs it for mainspecc over you they will recieve it.
But to make this fair for every new member that joins the guild in the start up phase everyone will start as a trial, and officers will have the same priorty as trials too.
After the start up phase this will no longer apply. When the first trials get promoted to member the officers will also count as a member.

Trial periods in the guild will last from 3-5 weeks depending on the preformance.
