Technical Running MoP

So basically right now i have 5.4.8 on my computer, but Warmane's MoP is 5.4.2 so is there a way i can play Warmane's MoP without downloading the game again or should i just wait for 5.4.8 to come out on Warmane?

I believe you can download wow.exe from 5.4.2, paste in wow directory and start the game.

if what Desolution said work, you can get the wow.exe of 5.4.2 from here: https://www.warmane.com/download choose "MoP old" and will be able to choose which file to download " it is a torrent basically", so you cna get just that file.
If what Desolution said does not work you can easily get ALL 5.4.2 with that torrent, then when we will upgrade to 5.4.8 ( max 30 days) you will delete it

As i said i dont want to download 5.4.2 cause it takes forever to download 20 gigabytes.

I told you you can try what Desolution said, read again my post, when the magnet opens your Torrent client you will be able to choose which Files to download, so you have just to get the wow.exe ( it is 10MB), put it in your MoP 5.4.8 folder, you will need to rename it otherwise it would overwrite your original wow.exe file
According to Desolution by running that wow.exe(from 5.4.2) you will be able to play here
