Failed to open required archive error

I downloaded the MOP on a windows 10. After it was done I tried opening it, but an error always pop out
"Failed to open required archive
Data/enGB/wow-update-17345.MPQ with error: 5"
I was wondering if the game isn't compatible with windows 10 yet, or just something went wrong while downloading it
