new to server just some questions

hello everyone i just have one question i have been looking for a server that has some good queue times for low lvl pvp while i level is this the server for me?I like to do all but love to pvp and hoping i dont have to wait in a queue for hours just to do it.Or would it be better just to go on one of the higher rate servers and just lvl to 80 so i can have my constant pvp.

i dont mind leveling or getting gear and professions on my own i actually prefer it i just want to be able to queue and not wait one hour or longer there seems to be a good amount of people on this server i really like that
