lost characters

i used to play on mop , i can't remember which server
ididn't play since a few months
i survived the big hack disaster twice , got characters recovered
and i played for a while , but i had to quit playing for a few months
when i came back i found only one mop server , which y characters are no on it

whats going on ?

MoP realms were merged. Chars from the other MoP realm had to be manually transferred to Frostwolf using website. That happened like 6 months ago and those transfers are not available anymore. As far as I know the remaining chars are lost but you can try to make a support ticket on website.

You can't make a ticket if your account is not premium. In that case you can try to send an email to [email protected].

People say it's not possible to recover those characters anymore but answer from websites support sometimes differs from the answer you can get on forum. They can make exceptions but I don't know what they are able to do in this case.
