    When I can finally vote? Do I need some ach points or what? How many? Per account or char?

    it is based on the Achivement point on your Account BUT to unlock the possibility to collect new point you need at leats 1k Achievement Point on 1 Character
    Chars on Blackrock-Warsong does not matter
