Wotlk Running Poor?

Lately I've been noticing my wotlk has been running a lot worse than it used to. I haven't changed any of my hardware and my other games run fine, does anyone else have this problem or know a solution?

i too have noticed additional interface lag where there previously (days ago) was none.
opening maps, discovering a location, opening bags, any opened windows really. not always, but if i've loaded a new zone or havent checked my bags in hours?

yep, 4-5 seconds of straight up frozen screen lag.

There are some places where FPS drops, I think it is because of movement paths or anti-cheat.
I also have screen freezes for like 1 sec after using particular spells, opening bags and some other stuff. I have no idea what can cause that, loging out and deleting catche folder helps for some time but then it starts again. Tried disabling addons but didnt help.
