It's all in the title really? The reason I ask is because I really liked playing a protection warrior and a protection paladin and the T9 set pieces as well as the set bonus it gives is actually crucial to being the best geared because of the block value (which is actually the 1st priority, after hit, in a prot Warr, to achieve the block value of 2510).
I don't won't to sound rude but I actually made an ingame ticket asking if the gear is available and if not why not. The GM just replied with "Any suggestions would be looked at on the forum". I didn't really receive an answer to my question but I guess the answer was "no" to the first and I'm not sure about the second though. I was actually really disappointed in the GM for replying in such way.
If anyone could clarify why this sort of gear is not obtainable, I would really appreciate it.

Every top prot plays arp/crit spec. Block value it pretty much outdated in 3.3.5a patch. (In 3.3.5b double outdated ;D)
