Banning botters

This ..... guy has been botting BGs for atleast 3 days constantly now, he allways has the same routes until he comes upon anything hostile and starts doing autoshoot, whenever you mention bot he either says huh?, pfft -.- or what do you mean?. I have reported him and the GM said that it will get done, and now 2 days later hes still in BGs with me, I mean, horde is allready bad in PVP, having 1 less spot bcs of this tard is just frustrating. PLEASE get this done, ban him, strip him from his gear, anything, just please get it done.
