Deleted Character

Realm: Ragnaros

Hello,

My character has been deleted quite some time ago. I know that deleted chars are stored for up to 30 days and that has expired for me.
Is there a slightest chance to restore my character? In the services options I am unable to select my deleted character (Bei) for restoration via donate/vote points. I would really want to start playing again. I apologize for asking again, but I do really miss the game.
