WotLK heavy frostweave bandage (wotlk-ragnaros)

hello all, i am really having some trouble with getting this recipe.. i read on forums it drops in raids but i can't do those since i am new here... i also read on wowhead that it drops off mobs when you are high enough level (i am 410 atm) been farming it for 5 days now and still nothing.. anyone who can help with getting this? thanks and see you ingame :D

I have also been farming this manual, according to info stated in wowhead. So far.. no luck whatsoever. I am inclined to believe this now only drops in Northrend instances, but when you do a search on this particular subject.. you do not get a clear answer. =(

It has been reported in the bugtracker summer 2015, some months after that the bug report has been deleted

I got mine yesterday while skinning. I've seen it drop from the mobs in ICC during rep farms and OS during the weekly quest runs.

It has a pretty high drop rate in Ruby Sanctum off trash mobs. I've gotten it on all of my characters on their first trips to RS.
