Technical My game is not loading (wotlk)

Hello since yesterday, I have insane delay the the warmane server and I cannot even play now.

Example : it took me around 10 minutes when I manage to login to see the "Welcome to Lordaeron. World's..."

thing I try to fix the problem:

1. restart my router / 2. rollback my computer / 3. get a new ip / 4. re-download wow 2 time old and the new one
5. Try on another computer with a fresh new WoW 3.3.5 / 6. change my DNS to get the google DNS.
(also run anti malware and antivirus scan)

my internet connection is around :10 ms 65 down 10 up
in game I have : 3k+ ms and at the most 25k ms
my friend with the same internet provider and at 3 minutes of walk from me have a smooth 115 ms I don't know what to do anymore

help please :'(

edit : I have been disconnect and I am stuck at 100% of the loading screen
