Cataclysm Enhancement Shaman No'Kaled Weapon Question

So i recently obtained No'Kaled from DS and im not sure what slot (MainHand or OffHand ) to equip it. Im new to shaman class so when it comes to items im newb, people in game suggested me to equip it in offhand to maximize damage of lava lash, then others told me to mainhand it so im a little bit confused. Would appreciate if someone could help me on this matter. Also is it wise to remove talent [Feral Spirit] and add free point to [Call of Flame] ?

on shaman enha ur high damage is lava lash then equip ur best weapon on ur offhand for maximize ur lava lash damage improved by flametongue weapon
