Quest bugged Matis The Cruel

In the quest "Matis The Cruel", when I spawn NPC to capture Matis, he does nothing and he just stand still. Any fix?

This isn't the right place to report bugs.
And nobody cares about low lvl quests on a x7 server, if a quest doesn't work abandon it and move on.

I know. I already tried to use the bugtracker, but when I report the bug it gave me error, saying I should select a character on Lordaeron at least lv.10, but it didn't give me any option, so I tried to ask here. That you care or not, report a bug doesn't seem like a bad thing.

Don't bother reporting anything on Deathwing or Ragnaros. They will not fix anything here, since the server core will be changed in few months.
