Hello

I had 33.2 VP at start and I bought a shield of 27 VP. When I entered my discount code and clicked apply, it said that it will now cost 22 points but when I accepted it still deducted 27 points. I now have 6.2 VP left which mean it did not work

I made a in game ticket as well but the messaged changed from We are currently experiencing a high volume of petitions or something to wait time currently unavailable so I guess GM went offline for a break cause of the 10 milj tickets.

Can anyone maybe tell me if I maybe did something wrong or if it actually just did not work?

Edit : My ticket has been replied. They Warmane staff Said they can't help me. They don't help with such cases.
