Pandaria Extremely high latency

Hello.

Like the title says - me and my mates are experiencing really high latency (25 - 30 k+), which usually limits our game-play experience to logging on, not being able to cast a single spell, then after 3 minutes we eventually DC.

Before anything - No, it is not our net. DOTA, CS, LoL, any website - everything runs perfectly fine, it's only when we try to play WoW on Warmane.
Anybody else have the same problem? Is there any fix for this in existence? (I've even tried installing Leatrix and WTFast, nothing helps. It's just 3 minutes of lag then DC.)

Thanks for the read :) Hope this issue will be looked into, because we are really keen to level together and this is a really good server.

Having the same issue today, everything was working fine last night...no changes made to the PC I'm using, hoping some fix will come. High latency with Home (13k), 0 latency with home.
