    Unable to collect points

    I have been trying to collect points almost every day for the past month or two and it wont let me. Is there a way to fix this? And can I be compensated for the points that I could have collected but didn't due to a problem on the website?

    To be able to collect Points you need to have at least 1000 achievements Points with 1 Character.
    Achievements got in Blackrock-Warsong has no value for this
