Wandering Isle quest chain problem.

I have been doing quest chain as Pandaren did http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:Raucous_Rousing and after that http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:Not_In_the_Face! should be taken from the same NPC, but it does not give it. Simply greats me. So I am kind of stuck. Please help. This is annoying.

Did you find the mallet to ring the gong? it is by brewery with the big white vermin/rat whatever it is guarding it. It's sitting on the barrel. I dunno about the second quest you speak of, that one is probably skippable, some quests there can be skipped.

I did that quest, but after it - npc gave nothing. Now I have 0 quests and have no clue where to go.
