Technical Should we wait?

So hopefully MoP update from 5.4.2 to 5.4.8 is ariving soon (January 26, 2016) and I've got a qustion regarding the transition.
Will Warmane provide patcher/launcher for us? Or do we need to update our clients by ourselves?
Just staff answer please.
