madison, they really have some delay :) Refresh the page several times, and you will see... still, the numbers Might be a little lower (max 4%), if the devs count all logins rather than the current population, which is almost sure, but not that much :)

Good Catch because there is like 1-2 hour per day that papulation is so low for server and that doesnt matter.like my Real time 03:00 am untill 6:00 am which is EArly in UK and So Rush hour of US might be that papulation xD still i dont get why this guy linked this picture .
