Losing my stuff on auction house

Hey frostwolf people,i made contender gear like 40 piece's set it in auction i got randoly disconnected and lost all my stuff and its not in the bag,this is happening for me all the time i always lose gold ? what is going on,im really pist :S its worth like 15 to 20k gold,some times when i sell stuff i get the mail notf that the gold will come but it vanishes and i dont get it :O

"I have an unread mail and when i open the mail box there's nothing. All of my old mails and expires from AH are gone too. Just got DC from the server for 2nd time in 10-15 mins. I don't know is this a server problem or it's from me. I tried to send a ticket but i can't find from where :D, in ticket section has only a ban appeal which i cant send cuz i haven't a banned character :/."
