Questions about the Race Change option

Race change - what that means ?
- You can change from warrior to rogue ?
- Troll to Blood Elf ?
- And when you change from warrior to rogue - what about the items u have for warrior ?
- When you change do i get items for rogue or i have to grind all of them again like on the warrior ?

There is nothing such as class change. I don't know where you got that from. Race change means that you can switch the race of your character to whatever other race, of the same faction, that has the class of your character available. For example, you cannot have a race change from your warrior orc to blood elf, because blood elves don't have the option to be warriors in this expansion.
