Urgent matter

I am sorry to be posting here,but I have a major problem here.
Long story short,My email mistakenly by Warmane has been changed to another,which allowed a guy access on my account to delete all my chars.
I've sent out email and support ticket but really can't be patient.
Repeating,I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH EMAIL CHANGE,it was a mistake by the server itself.

Ill be around refreshing,anyone from the stuff please talk me.

No, it wasn't a "mistake by Staff itself."
We don't manually change emails. For your email to have been changed, you allowed your account to be compromised and someone changed it to theirs themselves. You will have to wait for your Support ticket to be answered, and I'll let you know ahead of time that if this person indeed deleted all your characters, you will have to cover the cost in points or coins to recovered any eligible for a restoration. They won't be restored by us.
