Problems with an item from the points shop

Hello, yesterday I bought an Item from the points shop with 29 points, it was a Trinket. Today I went to check the item and I realized it was the wrong one! I wanted the Phylactery of the Nameless Lich (http://wow.gamepedia.com/Phylactery_..._Nameless_Lich) but instead I got Althor's Abacus (http://wow.gamepedia.com/Althor's_Abacus). The items are near each other so I might have accidentally got the wrong one, but I was wondering if you could take back the item and give me back the points or, if that's not possible, if you could transfer the item to my other character Shekter.
I already talked to a GM ingame and he told me to write here in support, so here I am.
