Lordaeron Donation & Queue Skip

Hi there,

I just posted on Lordaeron General forum with the question of whether donating and then faction changing would make me eligible to skip queues, and received a response that, yes, it should (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....and-Queue-Skip). It appears that is not currently happening, and I was wondering if/how it could be fixed.

The transaction (donation + faction change) occurred on January 19, at 4:00 and 4:01 am, respectively (according to my transaction history). Please let me know if I can be of any help, or if there is a more appropriate manner in getting this resolved.

Yes, it indeed should give you the ability to skip queue. As you might have noticed, we had a bit of trouble with our website today, the privilege will be added to your account.
