be sure you are:
1) using a 5.4.2 client ( Frostwolf will be upgraded to 5.4.8 on 26 January)
2) using correct realmist:
set realmlist logon.warmane.com
3) logging by using Warmane AccountName, not Email address
then just wait 26 January OR you can get the "wow.exe" files from the "MoP (old)" torrent available here: https://www.warmane.com/download ( since that torrent is 5.4.2)
put it inside your MoP 5.4.8 folder and you will be able to play on frostwolf meanwhile we all wait for the Frostwolf upgrade.
Ofc do not delete the "wow.exe" of 5.4.8, just change their name to avoid overwrting
