Trouble interacting with NPC's

Hello. Today I headed to Icecrown to do the quests towards the Knights of the Ebon Blade reputation and I had to speak to NPC's on board the horde gunship in Icecrown. However once I arrived I found out the NPC's are totally bugged, some of them flying outside the ship in empty space, I tried every angle and distance to no avail - I cannot talk to the NPC. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Hey, that bug is fairly new and it's going to get fixed as soon as a server crash/restart happens.

I know that quest I found the NPC for that quest in the silver covenant right next to the vendors.
