DK starter quest chain broken?

Could not complete The Scarlet Enclave quest chain. Mount, saronit arrows, duel and first elimination quest is done but there is no next quest. Aparently it should be "talk to gothic the harvester" quest. I tried it 3 times on new character, same bug each time. Was able to finish this chain couple of weeks ago on other char. Any suggestions?
