1 year I not connected and now wanted to claim my accounts that cost me so long to get every piece each character. Came here to ask if you can reclaim my character

Character : Matonex Paladin Full Tank / Holy / Retry with gear score of 6.2


If you have not deleted the accounts or the truth is not very well what happened but could not connect because I was working .

have you ever heard about Molt-down? all Characaters were lost, molten players had only chance to have their Account back ( 0 Chars inside 0fc)
But now it is too late even to recover your empty Account so you have to start all over again, just as everyone had to do
