i do think that the staff is already working on this but i just want to make shure also when i open wow_patched.exe the update client pops up while it is not a problem its kinda annoying

If I understood your issue correctly, your issue can be solved by making the directory is not read-only. Move the folder onto Documents / Downloads and it should only show this once.
