I ran out of quests when i hit 14K rep at Orgrimmar. What to do?

You can exchange a Stack of Runecloth against Reputation for each Horde Faction.

I can donate only Silk and Mageweave Cloth.

Doing quests in low level lands also grant reputation with whole Horde. For example - while completing quest in Eversong Woods ; chat shows you "+rep for Silvermoon City", but it also increases your reputation by around 50-75 points with rest of the Horde (Orgri, Trolls, UC).

Aren't you the same guy who couldn't figure out how to learn Ice Block?

Google is your friend. Really the cloth donations aren't even necessary for most of the racial factions as there are plenty of quests capable of getting you to Exalted.
