I have a pretty ugly **** that shows when i try to enter the game - Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910 , please Help.

Right click on your MoP folder> Properties> disable "Read-only"

didnt work for me.
Everytime I did this, it revert back.
I tried for over 100 times. quite frustrating.

have you done just like this gif? Close WoW right click on whole MoP folder>Properties> Remove " Read-only"

yes ofc. theres no other way to uncheck, thats the only one.
my problem is a well known one, but so far I cant find the solution
