Pandaria 5.4.8 wow.exe error

I get this error and I don't know what to do. Any help?
I also ran the .exe file as administrator, but it still gives me the error.

Close WoW, deleted WDB inside WoW's Cache folder, right click on MoP folder>Properties> Remove " Read-only"

I think this is the reason why the keybinds got reseted. If the .exe works fine, meand without uncheck ReadOnly, the keybinds wont be reseted maybe. I am not sure but I think so.

I have never done what you see in the gif and I had key binding resetting too, so nope.
But I fixed the key Binding problem by using "read-only" on keybindings files located inside WTF
