Almost every quest in icecrown for Lordaeron has been bugged,

I have run into no less than 6 quests in a row that are bugged and can only be completed after I have to jump through hoops such as exiting the game and running around and preemptively completing the quest or finding something before I am prompted. I am currently on The Air Stands Stills trying to summon a dk to help kill elites. The dk for underking talanox stands there like a total ****** and I have to run barely surviving the attacks I get from 40 YARDS away. I come back and the dk is attacking so I attack it as well. It dies and I get no credit. What the **** I have submitted at least 5 bug reports over these quests. I don't know what to do

I had to join someones group and the dk they summoned worked fine. Is my client bugged because all these damn quests are bugged.

Almost every quest? In Mop ALL quests in pandaria are bugged!
