WotLK connection issue

cant connect with wotlk client. stuck at connecting then unable to connect dialog. how do i solve this?
edit: cant connect to cata either

I just checked and I was able to login fine. Flush your DNS, clear your cache, and make sure your realmlist is set properly

Additionally to CompassSeeker reply, make sure that your WOTLK realmlist located at (\Data\enUS\realmlist.wtf) is pointing to logon.warmane.com
Cataclysm one is located at \realmlist.wtf

cache cleared
antivirus disabled
firewall allways disabled
checked permissions
run as administrator

still cant connect.

Hm... That's odd. Have you been able to log on in the past before? What client are you using?
