Stuck in a flying bug

Okay, it was probably mentioned around here, but I'm fed up by now...

Half of my chars are stuck in some weird flying bug. I leave a dungeon and OH HEY LOOK, YOU ARE FLYING OVER TWISTING NETHER. How? Where? When?
Nope, I did NOT join a bg/dung while already flying. Worse, I can't TP them away, can't use HS, can't unstuck through the game help system. Where is the unstuck option on the website here now? I usually used to use it in case of this problem. My account, free unstuck, life goes on. And now? Am I missing something? For crying out loud...

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck tool
