I am from ally side and idk which class should i pick for alchemy and herb(I mean passive). I'd like to be good for PvP. I thought about shamman(but it's draenai) or priest but i know nothing about this game. Which class is funny and usefull for everyone? I have only pally with mining/jc - maybe better alchemy than jc?
Honestly, it doesn't matter which class. Each one will benefit in some way.
Alchemy trinkets + health or mana pots are nice. Health pots for Warriors and Rogues, and mana pots for healers and Rets. The health on herbalism is nice for Warriors and Rogues, too, and can be beneficial to Druids as well (adding an extra heal they can use while stealthed).
Druids can pick herbs without leaving flight form.
All classes benefit pretty much the same when it comes to flask and elixir stat bonuses.

So, I know you said you wanted to be on ally side, that said the only passive that helps is the Tauren passive for herbalism. However, as far as class is concerned, whenever you have a gathering profession it is very useful to have a Druid. This is because you can gather items (such as herbs) while in bird form, which allows you to fly in, collect a herb, and if you aggro something (player or npc) you typically have plenty of time to just fly straight up and to safety after gathering the item you came there for. It makes farming so much easier as a Druid over other classes.
