Pandaria Cant connect to the frostwolf realm

I cant seem to connect to the frostwolf realm for some reason. It says its offline but on your site it has over 2 k players last time I checked. I played there before I just took a break for 2 months.

Frostwolf has been upgraded to 5.4.8
Are you still using old 5.4.2 client?

Do I need to download the whole game again from torrent or can I just use some patches?
