Mist of Pandaria 5.4.2 to 5.4.8 update BG LAG problems

Hi Warmane and to all

I haven't had a problem since wipe, but after the update of MOP from 5.4.2 to 5.4.8 i cant play battlegrounds anymore. cause if there are atleast 5 ally and 5 horde fighting i will be stucked with characters jogging in place until i got fed up and press the button ALT+F4.
i tried downloading the full 5.4.8 client.
I am from the philippines btw and i have a latency of 350 ms which is fine.
Would like to hear your experiences and also if a moderator can read this thread it would be awesome.

I think it s a frame problem rather than ms, try to set all video settings to low and to play with "Verstical sync" Activated

Edit: try also to disbale ALL your AddOns and then join a BG, in this way we can understand if it is a porblem related to one of your AddOns

sir skullbashat i have tried all that before i posted here. sorry that i haven't been able to include it. right now i have no addon. no luck at all. some guild mate told me that there might be some hidden download going on in the client background, is it possible? if so how to disable it.

i might have found something. i tried trace route and i saw 5 consecutive hops. does that mean something bad? if so can i minimize it?

As skullbashat has told you that is a framerates issue, rather than network. It means that your computer cannot handle processing the different frames (pictures) that fast rather than not being able to download content quicker.
It could be related to downloading, but generally it should be the other way around because the least content you have the less work your PC has to handle (also, I have tested that on my PC).

I would consider lowering graphics to minimum, vertical sync enabled and closing as many background apps (like antivirus) you have whenever you are playing the have. Furthemore, could you paste your relevant computer specs? (such as processor, RAM, GPU)

i have watched molten or warmane grow since 2009. dont get me wrong i know the difference between FPS and LAG or latency. but thanks for your input.
i can run the game i knew it. i can play 25 man raids easy using AMD A4-7300. i have 4 gig ram and i am using the built video card. is there any chance someone point out which file on the wow folder to put to read only ty

I have the same problem, and I'm from Philippines too. Everytime I join BG, after playing for a few minutes, it will lag like everyone's jogging. But when I am skyping with a friend, he told me that I can move my toon freely and perfectly but in my screen, everyone is completely joggin and not moving. When i restart wow client, it works back perfectly again. The spec of my laptop is GTX 970m 4gb, 16gb ram quad core. It keeps happening.
