i whant to change that sword to another item please . Thank you !

staff don't exchange items. next time make sure your toon can use a weapon before you buy it.

It was bought with coins... last year, according to you. That would make it so in the very least a month and half have passed. We accept requests to refund mis-bought items within 24 hours, which is more than plenty for you to realize the mistake - and it certainly doesn't takes over a month.
