Coins acquired from trade section cannot buy HC/Legendary items in marketplace?

Since I couldn't find any topic here in forum regarding about this rumor. So I posted this just to clear things out.

I heard rumors that the coins acquired from trade place are not eligible to buy HC/Legendary items in marketplace.
Is this true or just a hoax? I hope a moderator/admin will enlightened this question.

I bought Val'anyr for coins from trading 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything about such limitation being added since then.

Thanks for the reply & confirmation guys. So the only thing is that coins obtained from trade are prohibited from gifting & purchasing items at trade market.
