Pandaria Pandaren Quest not Able to complete

I've been playing for some time now and I decided on making a Pandaren, it was going great till the Quest "Morning Breeze Village" came up, Master Shang Xi has a Blue "?" over his head and has the option to complete the quest but the button does not work at all, I'm also not the only one who has this problem...
