they ban my account becouse they said i spam into the game of others servers but they dont show me screenshots and etc... and they say me this...

Yea like my main acc 9 geared toons and...someone was logged with my acc and now is perma banned just forgot for uor acc , u can create newone or go in other server that is dude.

They don't have to show any evidence and your account is your responsibility.

The reason for the ban is no secret to you - you even mention it in your first post.
There's no need for you to be shown "proof." We have no need to randomly ban people for no reason, so if the account got banned, it broke our rules.
You made your ban appeal and you got your answer - the ban won't be lifted.
We don't ban players, we ban accounts. You're responsible for whatever happens to your account. If someone else used your account to break the rules, it's still your fault for not taking proper care of your account's security.
