WotLK What will happen to deaths choice if i change to alliance?

Hello,as the title says will it change to Deaths Verdict or it will stay the same and i wont be able to equip it?

It should change to alliance version. And even if it doesn't you should still be able to equip it. The item itself doesn't have faction or race requirements.
