Pandaria My char got stock in a funny position...

My char got stock in a funny position with his hands up in the air after i was hit by a mob and sent into the ground.
what should i do?

follow these steps:
1) close WoW
2) Deleted WDB ( it is inside WoW's Cache folder)
3) use Character unstuck feature from Website:
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck tool
